To reinforce the marketing team, we are seeking a trainee for the following responsibilities:

  • Market studies

  • Participation in fragrance and cosmetic product development

  • Follow-ups on market and competition performances

  • Recommendations for means of activation and implementation

  • Development of specific end-of-year offers


Required profile

You are enrolled in a Master’s degree programme at a Business school or the equivalent and are majoring in Marketing.

You are particularly interested in natural and organic cosmetics and fragrance products and are concerned with protecting the environment.

You already have had a significant Marketing experience or an experience in the cosmetics sector.

You are creative and a source of ideas, and you know how to take inspiration from other fields. You are organised and autonomous, and you have a good sense of priorities.

You wish to learn and discover the dynamics and ambitions of a small, steadily growing company.

You speak and write English fluently and have a mastery of the Office Suite.

Permanent contract

Position based in Estillac (47), to be filled immediately


Would you like to join our teams?

Reporting to our Supply-Chain manager, you will be in charge of procuring supplies according to the purchasing strategy and the industrial and business plan (PIC), and you will oversee the overall optimisation of the process in relation to the production plan (PDP).

You will be assisted in your responsibilities by a logistics assistant in charge of the feasibility of production orders.


Team spirit is absolutely essential... We love working as a team! Moreover, you will regularly be in contact with other departments within the company and with our distribution centre.


Your challenge: To work on flow strategies, optimise logistics circuits, and guarantee product availability!

Your daily responsibilities:

• Steering the supply circuit (analysing needs, establishing an action plan, etc.), `• Steering the industrial and business plan according to sales forecasts that are updated monthly,

• Adapting and optimising flows, supply conditions and work methods,

• Launching orders and setting turnover times, and managing daily relations with suppliers,

• Launching production orders (Production & Packaging),

• Stock management,

• Following up on the execution of production orders (Production / logistics interfacing)

• Coordinating “Product availability” meetings, etc.


To perform these tasks, you will make use of your knowledge of the supply chain, your ability to see the overall picture, and especially your sense of customer service.


Required profile

You are organised, precise, and have good people skills. With higher education in sequencing or logistics, you can show that you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
