Fabrication des GHA : l'origine | Manufacturing of hand gel: The origins

Le développement de notre gel hydroalcoolique remonte au mois de Mars, au moment même de l’annonce du confinement en France face à la pandémie du Coronavirus. Immédiatement, Parfums Par Nature a souhaité s’investir dans la lutte et participer à l’effort commun auprès des personnes en premières lignes. Grâce à notre savoir faire de parfumeur ainsi que notre parc machine déjà en place, que nous avons pu rapidement répondre au besoin grandissant de GHA.


Nous avons ainsi pris une part active au sein du groupe de travail mené par l’association Cosmed qui a permis de faire entendre la voix des entreprises de la cosmétique et de la parfumerie auprès de l’Etat. Grâce à ce groupe de travail, un arrêté dérogatoire a été publié en France autorisant ces entreprises à fabriquer, selon des formules très encadrées et un étiquetage commun, du gel hydroalcoolique avec des conditions de mise sur le marché allégées.


Après la parution de cet arrêté dérogatoire, nous avons déclenché la phase d’essais en laboratoire afin de proposer une formule efficace et conforme mais aussi la plus agréable possible. Etant historiquement dans le milieu de la parfumerie et de la cosmétique, il était très important pour nous que cette formule présente aussi une texture et une galénique optimale pour son utilisation, dans le respect de la peau.


PPN a alors investi dans une seconde ligne de conditionnement entièrement dédiée à ce genre de formule. Dans un temps record, et avec l’aide et le soutien de la Région, nous avons pu accueillir chez nous ce nouvel outil indispensable pour démarrer les productions dans des conditions favorables.

After the lockdown announcement in France, Parfums par Nature wanted to get involved in the fight against the pandemic. Participate in the effort, and support people on the front were obvious to everybody. Our contribution was to create a production line for producing hydro-alcoholic gel as quickly as possible.


We thus took an active part in the working group led by the Cosmed association, which made it possible to make the voice of cosmetics and perfume companies heard with the state.

Thanks to this working group, a derogatory decree was published in France. These companies were authorized to manufacture, according to highly regulated formulas and common labeling, hydro-alcoholic gel with reduced conditions for placing on the market.


After this derogatory order, we initiated the laboratory testing phase in order to offer an effective and compliant formula, but also as pleasant as possible. Being historically in the world of perfumery and cosmetics, it was very important for all the team that this formula also presents a texture and an optimal galenic for its use, while respecting the skin.

Now PPN has invested in a second production line entirely dedicated to this type of formula. In record time, and with the help and support of our Region, we were able to welcome home this new essential tool to start production under favorable conditions.

Se laver les mains autrement | Wash your hands differently

Parfums Par Nature La Production souhaite également s’engager et vous aider à appliquer au mieux les gestes barrières nécessaires et obligatoires pour stopper la propagation du virus | Parfums Par Nature La Production wishes to get involved and help you apply the necessary and mandatory barrier gestures to stop the spread of the virus.


Si vous ne pouvez pas avoir accès à l’eau ou au savon, nous vous conseillons l’utilisation du gel hydroalcoolique. Pour que ce dernier soit efficace, il doit contenir au minimum 60% d’alcool en volume et doit être en contact avec la surface durant 1 minute.


En dernier recours et si vous n’avez rien d’autre à portée, tous les produits hydroalcooliques fabriqués par PPN LP contiennent ce minimum de 60% d’alcool. Ainsi, ils sont très efficaces pour la désinfection, comme un gel hydro-alcoolique. Une eau de Cologne est le format qui se prête le plus à cette application (sortie splash, contenance d'environ 250 mL). Toutefois, il est important de respecter les mêmes consignes que pour l’utilisation d’un gel hydro-alcoolique :

- Versez un peu d’eau de Cologne dans vos mains (environ 3mL) et frottez minutieusement durant 1 minute jusqu’à évaporation

- Versez un peu d’eau de Cologne sur un mouchoir ou un essui-tout propre et à usage unique pour désinfecter les surfaces et frottez durant 1 minute

If you cannot have access to water or soap, we recommend the use of hydroalcoholic gel. To be effective, it must contain at least 60% alcohol by volume and must be in contact with the surface for 1 minute. As a last resort and if you have nothing else within reach, all hydroalcoholic products made by PPN LP contain this minimum of 60% alcohol. Thus, they are very effective for disinfection, like a hydro-alcoholic gel. Cologne is the format that is most suitable for this application (splash output, capacity around 250 mL). However, it is important to respect the same instructions as for the use of a hydro-alcoholic gel:      - Pour a little cologne in your hands (about 3mL) and rub thoroughly         for 1 minute until evaporated      - Pour a little cologne on a clean, disposable tissue or paper towel       to disinfect surfaces and rub for 1 minute The whole team is committed to your health but also to your well-being through each of its products. PPN accompagne JEAN&LEN, marque de cosmétique Vegan | PPN works for JEAN&LEN, a vegan cosmetic brand

Parfums par Nature | La Production est fière de compter parmi ses nouveaux clients la superbe marque de cosmétique Vegan JEAN&LEN | Parfums par Nature | La Production is proud to count among its new customers the amazing Vegan cosmetic brand JEAN & LEN.


Cette année, nous avons eu la chance de faire la rencontrer de la magnifique marque de cosmétique bio et vegan JEAN & LEN. Très connue en Allemagne, Parfums par Nature | La Production a pu accompagner la marque dans l'élaboration d'une gamme de 3 EDP certifiées bio, naturelles , et bien sur vegan.


Nature N°1, au sillage agrume, Nature N°3 aux notes gourmandes, et Nature N°5 au parfum doux et fleuri, sont à retrouver dans les magasins DM, Rossmann, Müller, BUDNI, Tegut et plusieurs autres magasins spécialisés Allemand.


Nous avons eu la chance d'accompagner la marque dans ses choix d'articles de conditionnement, en travaillant avec nos partenaires historiques et locaux. Les EDP ont été imagninées dans un flacon laqué blanc, accompagné d'un capot bois, le tout dans un pack imprimé au verso, en KRAFT ARTISAN.




This year, we had the chance to meet the amazing brand of organic and vegan cosmetics JEAN & LEN. Very famous in Germany, Parfums Par Nature | La Production was able to support the brand in the development of a new range: 3 organic, natural and vegan, certified fragrances.


Nature N°1, with a citrus trail, Nature N°3 with greedy notes, and Nature N ° 5 with a sweet and flowery fragrance, can be found in branches of DM, Rossmann, Müller, BUDNI, Tegut, and several other German specialized stores.


We were fortunate to support the brand in its choice of packaging items, by working with our historical and local partners. EDPs were imagined in a white lacquered bottle, accompanied by a wooden cap, in a pack printed on the back, in KRAFT ARTISAN.
