Chez Parfums Par Nature, nous avons 2 lignes de production. Remplisseuse, sertisseuse, étiqueteuse, etuiyeuse, cellophaneuse : elles n'ont aucun secret pour Clément, notre régleur machine. C'est grace à lui que notre parc fonctionne et que nous produisons à la vitesse de l'éclair ! Allons y pour les présentations :
Clément, parle nous de toi et de ton parcours :
Après mon BAC, j’ai poursuivi sur un BTS ELECTROTECHNIQUE, puis j’ai enchaîné sur une Licence Professionnelle au DUSA (Département Universitaire des Sciences d’Agen) qui était basé sur le domaine de l’étude du bâtiment tout secteur confondu. Après la licence j’ai intégré l’entreprise « Sud’n’Sol » à l’Agropole à Estillac pendant 2ans et demi en tant que Technicien de Maintenance.
Et ton métier chez Parfums par nature ?
Le but de mon métier au sein de Parfums par Nature est de régler au mieux le parc machine. Du début de Ligne, jusqu’à la mise en caisse, en suivant les différents formats de parfums/cosmétiques. Le but est d’avoir le meilleur rendement possible en améliorant les points faibles de la production précédente, mais aussi en cours, pour pouvoir être meilleur la fois d’après. Je suis également responsable de la mise à jour de toutes les procédures/fiches de réglages afin que les opérateurs comprennent les valeurs et puissent aussi avoir leur autonomie pour avancer plus rapidement.
Le point positif selon toi ?
Arriver au bureau le matin sans avoir la moindre boule au ventre et savoir qu’on part travailler avec des personnes qui ont envies que les choses soient bien faites, tout en ayant le meilleur rendement possible, pour moi c’est ça une journée type, faire du mieux qu’on peut.
De quoi es-tu le plus fier aujourd’hui ?
Ce dont je suis le plus fier aujourd’hui c’est d’avoir pu bénéficier d’une éducation où mon entourage m’a beaucoup aidé sur des choix personnels comme professionnels. Si aujourd’hui je me sens bien dans ma tête et fier d’être là où je suis, c’est grâce à eux.
& dans 10, où seras-tu ?
Je ne me projette pas au fait de savoir où je serai dans 5 ou 10 ans, mais je pars du principe que tant qu’on est bien la où on est et qu’on veut faire avancer les choses pour être le plus efficace possible, on reste et on avance car 10 ans c’est demain !

Clément, tell us about yourself and your background:
After graduating from high school I went on to do a BTS in Electrical Engineering, and then I went on to do a Professional Licence at the DUSA (University Department of Science in Agen) which was based on the study of the building industry in all its sectors. After the degree, I joined the company "Sud'n'Sol" at the Agropole in Estillac for two and a half years as a Maintenance Technician.
What about your job at Parfums par nature?
The aim of my job at Parfums par Nature is to adjust the machines as best as possible. From the beginning of the line to the box, following the different formats of perfumes/cosmetics. The aim is to have the best possible output by improving the weak points of the previous production, but also in progress, so as to be better the next time. I am also responsible for updating all the procedures/settings sheets so that the operators understand the values and can also have their autonomy to progress more quickly.
The best thing about your job?
Arriving at the office in the morning without any nerves and knowing that you are going to work with people who want things to be done well, while having the best possible performance, for me that is a typical day, doing the best you can.
What are you most proud of today?
What I'm most proud of today is that I was able to benefit from an education where my entourage helped me a lot with my personal and professional choices. If today I feel good in my head and proud to be where I am, it is thanks to them.
& in 10 years, where would you be?
I don't project myself to know where I will be in 5 or 10 years, but I start from the principle that as long as we are well where we are and we want to make things move forward to be as efficient as possible, we stay and we move forward because 10 years is tomorrow!
